How long have your DJs Been DJing? All of the DJ's who work for Cascade Dreams have a minimum of 12 years of professional DJing experience, with Dom having over 20 years of DJ Experience.
Do you carry liability insurance? Yes. Cascade dreams is fully insured for all events, and we can provide your venue with a Certificate of Insurance upon request.
Do you charge fees or sales tax? There are no hidden fees, charges or sales tax.

Is gratuity included in the price? Gratuity is not included in the price but is greately appreciated. Most clients who feels they got great service tip 15%-20%

Who picks the music? We refer to our clients as "creative partners" and our prefrence is to collaborate with you and curate your personalized soundtrack for your event. We can do it however you like though... you can give us just a few song ideas and let us take care of the rest or you can take total control of you music timeline. We are here to serve you.
Do you take requests? Our DJs only take requests if you allow it on your wedding planning app. If allowed our will take requestes as long as they are not on the "do not play" list or from a genre you don't want. Our app allows you to add guests to help with song selection and to vote for their favorites. If you anticipate their to be heavy requests that evening we do use a DJ text request system where people can text their requests and we will try our best to fit them in.

Can we provide our own music for the DJ to play? Yes. We use high quality music files for best sound quality, so we recommend making sure they are 320Kbps. We also request that you send the files well in advance of the event.
Do you accept payment plans? Yes, we only require $500 down to book your event. You can do as many payments as you like, but all remainder is due 7 days before your event.
Will the DJ play overtime if needed? Yes, we will play as long as you ask us, however payment is due at the end of the event.

Should we feed the DJ? This is not required in our contract, but is greatly appreciated. Typically, the catering director will set aside a meal for the DJ if requested by the client.
What is your attire? Our performers are either dressed in attire to match your theme or formally dressed in black.
How long does it take you to set-up? We arrive at least 90 minutes prior to the event start time.
What is your policy on taking breaks? When we are here the music never stops (unless you ask us to), however our DJ may ask their assistant to step in while they use the rest room or have a quick bite to eat.
Do you advertise yourself at the event? No. We do not advertise ourselves at your event. We feel our performance should be enough advertisement. If a guest is pleased with our services they will ask for our information.
